how does an animal have more advantage to obtain oxygen for breathing and respiration

An efficient exchange. Just likeanimals on land, fish need oxygen to survive – but rather than breathing air, fish extract their oxygen from the water around them. This is no easy feat because air can hold 33 times more oxygen than water, so fish haveto be much more efficient breathers than terrestrial animals

A sufficient supply of oxygen is required for the aerobic respiratory, However these simple animals small in size. Ventellation is the mechanics of breathing in and out.
