How does an archer use the law of conservation of energy to hit his target?

Firstly, when you pull a bow to propel an arrow then the stretched bow consists of potential energy and as you release the arrow the potentialenergy is transformed into kineticenergy as the law of conservation of energy also states that one energy canbe transformed into another.

when an Archer streches the bow ,the potential energy is there in the arrow. But when he release the stretched bow the potential energy of the arrow is converted to kinetic energy and thus hits the target.
