how does an object become charged? explain with an example

an object can be charged in 3 ways
1) by rubbing two bodies i.e charging by friction
2)by bringing a charged body near an uncharged body i.e charging by induction
3)by bringing charged body and uncharged body in contact i.e charging by conduction

An object becom charged by the gain of electron.The electron flows from a region of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration.
Take the example of a water pipe the water at higher concentration in the tank tries to flow out of the pipe which is at lower concentration.
