how does atmospheric pressure increases in high altitude

As u go above the sea lvl, the pressure automatically increases... Which leads to higher temperature 4° every 15m as u ascend

When we go on mountain or above sea level then the pressure increases with the increase in high altitude and there's a prblm in taking breath when we go upside and sometimes blood also comes from nose bcoz of high pressure
