how does binary fission differ from Multiple Fission​

in binary fission 1 parent cell divides into 2 daughter cells eg, amoeba

in multiple fission 1 parent cell divides into many daughter cells

In binary fission, only 2 offsprings are produced. Ex. Amoeba.

While,

In multiple fission, multiple(more than 2) offsprings are produced. Ex. Plasmodium.
