code of conduct, we mean a set of norms and guidlines to be followed by political parties and contesting candidates during election time.According to this,no party or candidate can:-

i)use any place of workshop for election propaganda.

ii)use government vehicles,aircrafts and officials for elections

iii)once election are announced, Minister shall not lay foundation stones of any projects,take any big policy decisions or make any promises of providing public facilities.
