how does DR AMBEDKAR fight against discrimination

Dr. Ambedkar fight against discrimination because he was from low caste,he told man made caste on the basis of work .He was from very low caste there is no work for him. Where he go their people say that you have not for work becoz from you low caste.That why he was fight against discrimination
