How does dry air get saturated in the Ostwald-Walker Method?

In the ostwald Walker method when the dry air is passed through the solutions due to the difference in the pressures of dry air and solution A and B the air gets moisture . and as there is a very high pressure gradient between dry air and partial pressure of a and b solutions comma the dry air gets saturated very easily . the loss in partial pressure of the solution denotes the saturation of dry air which can be easily used to determine the partial pressure of the solution and partial pressure of a and b individually too as it is a colligative property.
