Hey !!

We know,

       1/f = (μ-1) (1/R₁ - 1/R₂)

          f ∝ 1 / (μ-1) and μ₀ > μr

The increasing in refractive index would result in decrease of focal length of lens. Hence, we can say by replacing red light with violet light, decreases the focal length of the lens used.

Good luck !!
