How does human body cope with the atmospheric pressure in water and space

Human body can easily tolerate the external pressure of the environment (water pressure in underwater environment and air pressure in normal atmosphere) because,the internal blood pressure of the human body oppositely neutralizes the external environment pressure on the human body.
That's why we don't feel any kind of excessive weight for the external pressure.
And for the outer space vacuum zone ,we use special type of astronaut suit to survive in the vacuum area.
