industrial pollution leads to environmental degradation :
1)AIR POLLUTION - it is caused due to presence of high proportion of undesirable gases.
2)WATER POLLUTION -it is caused when organic and inorganic untreated industrial waste are discharged in river water.
3)NOISE POLLUTION -it is due to the unwanted sounds being an irritant and source of stress.
MEASURES TO CONTROL -
1)overdrawing of groundwater reserves by industries needs to be regulated legally.
2)smoke can be reduced by using oil or gas as fuel instead of coal in the factories.
3)noise absorbing material may be used apart from personal use of earplugs and earphones.
