Judiciary acts as a guardian of fundamental rights as it ensures that people are able to practice their rights in the required manner. Citizens can approach the courts of law if in case any right is violated.

The judiciary hears to what the citizens have to say and makes sure that the decisions it makes are in the interest of the public or the citizens at large. Judiciary protects the people and also ensures the safety of the rights.
