well gene linkage is basically the availability of specific genes on the chromosome & these genes occur in pairs which called the allele. while crossing over is basically the attachment of one gene with the attachment of another gene of the same chromosome but the opposite chromatid (the arm). now talking about inheritance well it's just all those what mendal have describe
