Lushkoff was a musician who played for a Russian band.As he was ay drunkard he was thrown out from the band.From there onwards he was begging so that he earn atleast aome money.So when begged he used to make fairytales and tell that he was aschool techer who was been expelled . Second time he told that he was a student who was suspended . Both the he was being seen be Sergie.So Sergie recognized that person.All the fightings between them ,Sergie thought to give a job, to him. Then Lushkoff usually come to Sergie's house and chop wood for him. When came thre was a maid named Olga.She used to demotivate him all the time But she used to help him by chopping the woods. Then one day Sergie gave Lushkoff to write a letter and told him go and join a good job. From that very day his life took a turning point.
