Hey mate!

I am here with your answer!

In geology, denudation involves the processes that cause the wearing away of the Earth's surface by moving water, by ice, by wind and by waves, leading to a reduction in elevation and in relief of landforms and of landscapes.

The chemical decomposition and physical disintegration of rocks is called weathering. It can be chemical weathering or mechanical weathering. Denudation is removal of the land surface by natural geological processes like land slide which involves weathering, mass movement and erosion.

Hope this will help you!

Answer:

This is also called as Anthropogenic weathering.

Explanation:

  • In geology, denudation is a process that causes the wear and tear of the earth's surface features by the natural tool like the winds, water, and ice. Man himself is apart of this denudation cycle and plays a crucial role in the formation of the climatic changes that take place along with the disturbances that are created in the weather patterns.
  • The denudation involves the mechanical, biological and chemical process that man himself creates on continents, oceanic basin and over the air mass. As man is solely responsible for the weathering away of the topsoil he is responsible for the mining activity and similarly he responsible for induced mass wasting.
  • Examples by how man altered the natural Environment by the deposition of the wastes in the oceanic trenches and deposition of the toxic wastes in rivers and lakes etc.
