hello frnd.
________

The size and metabolic rate of cells affect the processes of molecular to the organism level.

We present a quantitative, theoretical framework to study the relationship between cell quantity, cellular metabolic rate, body size and metabolic rate of the whole organism, which helps to highlight reactions between these levels of the organization.

We use this profile to show that according to the body-size dependence of the entire body's metabolic rate, the average cell volume and average cellular metabolic rate can not remain stable with the change in body shape.

Based on the computational data compiled for 18 cell types in mammals, we find that many cell types, including erythrocytes, hepatocytes, fibroblasts and epithelial cells, follow a strategy in which the cellular metabolic rate depends on the size of the body and The size of the cell volume body is irreversible.

We recommend that this scaling holds for all the quickly divided cells, and vice versa, gradually dividing the cells is expected to follow a strategy in which the amount of cell depends on the size of the body.

And the cellular metabolic rate is largely irreversible. Data for gradually dividing neurons and adiposites shows that the cell volume is actually scale on the body size.

With these results, we argue that the type of strategy followed was dependent on the cell type's structural and functional properties.

We also discuss the results of these two strategies for cell number and capillary density.

Our results and ideological framework emphasize those fundamental constraints that connect the structure and function of cells of whole organisms.
