Migration is of 2 types.
1) emigration: this is the type of migration where the population suddenly decreases.
2) immigration:This is the type of migration where the population suddenly increases.
Thus due to migration the population of a place suddenly decreases or increases according to the location , weather , development, etc of the area. The migrated species are not similar to the species of the place where they migrated. Thus migration also changes the composition of the place.
