B. Guarantee six fundamental rights to the citizens which cannot be altered by the state under any circumstances except for cases like emergency

C. Even of the state acts in an unjust manner, the citizens can appeal in the courts against the state. the judiciary is completely independent of the state.

Considering the length and volume of our constitution, every thing regarding the powers of the state are mentioned which makes it difficult for them to act in a manner that is unfair and even if it does the constitution provides with tools to deal with it.
