differ from a star​

Here are some of the differences :

《 Stars

1. They are big and hot celestial bodies made up of gases.

2. They have their own heat and light.

《 Planet

1. They are not celestial bodies.

2. They do not have their own heat and light.

They are lit by light of stars.

Planets:

• Planets refers to the celestial object that has a fixed path (orbit), in which it moves around the star.

• They do not have their own light.

• They change position.

• Planets do not twinkle.

Stars:

• Stars are the astronomical objects, that emit their own light, produced due to thermonuclear fusion, occurring at its core.

• They have their own light.

• Their position changes but due to substantial distance, it can be seen after a long time.

• Stars twinkle.
