as we know that. Planning and controlling are those functions of management which cannot be separated Activities are put on rails by planning and they are kept at right place through controlling. Planning and controlling reinforce each other.

Planning and Controlling are deeply related within any organization. Planning sets the goals for the organization and controlling ensures its accomplishment. Planning decides the control process and controlling provides sound basis for planning.while  controlling, is one of the managerial functions like planning, organizing, staffing and directing. . Control in management means setting standards, measuring actual performance and taking corrective action. planning makes controlling possible without planning controlling is not possible we will have to plan something then we will be able to apply controlling phenomenon on that.
