King Ozymandias appears to be an arrogant ruler and very conceited one. He seems to have no concern for his fellow beings. He is proud of his power, position and glory and boasts of being the greatest of all kings. He looked down upon the other kings. His irrational approach to immortalise himself by getting a colossal statue carved of himself shows his arrogance.
