yes. political party in a country shapes the opinions of public in many different ways.maximum political leaders try to influence people by speaking lies to convince them for vote.and in other ways, the political party use all methods to attract the public ,it makes it's own press,media which helps it to deliver the message through out the public with mirch masala dal k and it used social media to shaping the public opinion ,for example it use Facebook , Twitter, Instagram, and many other social networks to influence or shape the public opinions. some political parties collects money by wrongful ways and distribute it among the public for their own political gain.
in conclusion ,I could say the political parties do their all efforts to influence or shape the public opinions .
