When the temprature decreases and pressure increases the particles of matter come close to each other and force of attraction increase which changes the state of matter.
If pressure is increses or temperature decrease:-
Gas ⇔ Liquid ⇔ Solid
If pressure is decreases or temperature increase:-
Solid ⇔ Liquid ⇔ Gas
If pressure is increses or temperature decrease:-
Gas ⇔ Liquid ⇔ Solid
If pressure is decreases or temperature increase:-
