In plant cell cytokinesis start from centre and move towards the poles...
So it is centrifugal in nature


But


In animal cell cytokinesis start from poles and moves towards the centre
So it is centripetal in nature (difference)


In both animals and plant cell cytoplasm divides... ( similarity)
