Ragpicking is different for adults because for them, this was their only hope for survival. Their existence depended on ragpicking. But for children, even ragpicking was loaded with surprises as they always hoped that there can be a rupee or two in the garbage; or even some torn shoes or clothes which could be a gift to them by the garbage.
