how does recycling and saving paper related to deforestation
Answers
To make paper, paper industries have to use wood pulp, which can only be gained by deforestation. Such industries in large numbers can cause massive deforestation.
Paper recycling centres take waste paper, sort and separate it on the basis of grades and types, and then wash the separated paper using soapy water to remove ink marks, plastic film, staples and glue, etc. and then is made into a slurry ( a solid-liquid mixture) and then different materials are added to make cardboard, newsprints and office paper. This entire process of recycling does not require deforestation and can still give back newly recycled paper. Thus paper saving and recycling is related to decrease in deforestation.
Answer:
Paper is the main reason for deforestation because millions of trees are getting cut down to get pulp of the wood and mixing some chemical to make the paper but the recycling of paper can't be the reason for deforestation because recycling can cause really less pollution and it can be a really essential thing for our planet.
