No, I don't agree as the outermost part is the hottest part . The innermost part containo the unburnt carbon particles which are relatively colder . On the other side the outermost part contains the fully combustible particle which are hotter.

no, i don't agree that the inner most part of a candle flame is the hottest as compared to the other zones because as the least hot region of the flame is present innermost. This inner zone is black in color due to the presence of unburnt wax vapors that is why it is not the most hottest part of the candle flame.

the following three zones of the candles are:

  • The first zone is called the Outer zone  (most hottest)
  • The second zone is called the Middle zone  (moderately hot)
  • The third zone is called as Inner zone (least hot)
