The main organs of respiratory system are :nose, nasal passage, trachea, bronchi, lungs and diaphragms.

The air for respiration is drawn into our body through nostril present in nose. Then air goes into nasal passage. The nasal passage is separated from the mouth cavity by bony plate.

The nasal passage is lined with musus and fine hair when aur passes through nasal passage, the dust particles are trapped by musus and hair. From nasal passage, aur enters into phyranx and then goes into wind pipe. Then air passes through trachea. Then air goes into smaller tubes called bronchi and two bronchi are connected to lungs. After air goes into alveoli and from there exchange of gases tale place

Neuron carry the message in the form of electric signal and transfer them

. The parts of hindbrain are poms, cerebellum, medulla.

Pons take part in regulating respiration.

Cerebellum help in maintaining posture and balance of body.

Medulla controls various involuntary actions such as heart beat, breathing etc.
