Philips sidney defend the poetry by giving answer to all the objections made by the Stephen Gosson's "school of abuse" in a very logical way.
1) He answer one of the objection about poetry being useless by saying that poetry is the best way to learn virtue and knowledge.
2)He also gives answer to the thing that poetry is the lie , by saying that poet don't lie he creates things,imagination through nature and emotions etc.
3) He also did the reply of poetry being abusing by saying that the poetry don't abuse but it is the man who writing it.
