Social exclusion is a cause of poverty because if someone is marginalised from the society and is kept away from his basic rights, is deprived of his freedom, basics of one's life then it will lead to poverty only. And it is a consequence of poverty because as we know poor all around the globe are marginalised and excluded from the society. So, social exclusion is also a result or consequence of poverty
