How does the angle of minimum deviation measured?

When a ray of light suffers minimum deviation through a prism.

1) Angle of incidence is equal to the angle of emergence.
2) Ray of light passing through the prism is parallel to the base of the prism.
3) Angle of refraction inside the material of prism is equal to half the angle of prism.
