Bile juice is produced by the liver it helps in the process of emulsification of fats meaning breaking larger fat globules into smaller fat globules. Lipase also helps in the breaking down of fats. It has a yellowish and brown color when it is produced or secreted by the liver. If there is no bile juice secreted then the fats will not be digested in the body. Undigested fats in the body can lead to a variety of diseases and disorders. Bile is stored in a small pouch like organ that is found under the liver it is called as the gall bladder. When digestion of fats is necessary then the gall bladder squeezes the bile juices into the small intestine to help in the digestion of fats in the small intestine.
