When a person has fever, the body temperature increases, but the baro receptors(Hypothalamus, cardiac) are activated.
So,the person feels cool.

The person feels cool because the temperature of his body is more than that of the atmosphere.

To maintain the temperature the heat from the person's body goes in the atmosphere to maintain the temperature so the person feels cools even when his body is hot...

hope it help!!!
