How does the brightness of the bulb would vary if the no. of the cells is doubled? class 10
Answers
Brightness of the Bulb
Explanation:
Electrons are given energy as they undergo the cell and that they then travel round the circuit and release the energy within the components with resistance the bulb. The electrons then return to the cell and devour some more energy.
If cells are connected serial then the electron passes through each cell and picks up energy in all . Consequently the electron goes round the circuit with more energy to deliver.
The bulbs become brighter when increasing the amount of cells. Increasing the amount of cells increases the present within the circuit.
Brightness of bulb depends on both voltage and current. The brightness depends on power. So whether you increase the present or the voltage the brightness will increase.
