How does the change in temperature and humidity affect the rate of evaporation

if the temperature increases heat increases and as heat increases the is a higher rate if evaporation

Hello there... 

Temperature and humidity plays a vital role in the rate of Evaporation. 
As the temperature increases, the Evaporation increases and in the result, the humidity of that place decreases. 
But if we look at the rate of Evaporation, as the temperature increases, the rate of Evaporation increases and there is much more Evaporation as compared to before and thus the humidity is decreased.
