Basically-the circulatory system nourishes and sustains the skeletal system and its supporting musculature . The skeletal system in turn provides a framework that spatially supports , protects and helps the circulatory system work e.g the ribs protect the heart and some skeletal muscles of the leg help pump back blood to the heart during exertion (soleus pump to be specific) . Theres also a mutually protective relationship you could consider , taking for example the brain, spinal cord , skull, spinal vessels and efferent regulation of circulation by the Central nervous system
