we know that,on the equator and between regions of tropic of Cancer and tropic of Capricorn ,the earth receives much amount of heat and sunlight, therefore the climate in equator is either temperate or hot and humid

on the poles,the earth receives the least amount of sunlight and heat, thus making the place cold and crisp, hence climate here is very cool or freezing...
