the school system often curbs individual talent and it can be proved by citing various point . It is seen that the present education system focus on memorizing Fact and data rather than encouraging them to understand the concept and ideas the education system now is trusted on taking examination rather than focusing on increasing the mental and intellectual attitude of a student .it is also seen that the irregular student teacher ratio makes it impossible for the teacher to provide individual attention to each and every students . now a days in education quantity matters than quality

according to Albert Einstein not every student Have the ability to memorized fact . so we should not judge a student by his mark . a student my cannot memorize a answer but he can understand the whole chapter ...

Answer:

School nowadays is about memorizing a bunch of facts and spitting them back out on a test or exam. There is no learning involved, just memorization. Students should be taught things of importance. The grading system is messed up too. How can you grade something on creativity? You can't. Albert Einstein said "Everyone's a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will spend its whole life believing it is not worth"
