Through leaves: gases are exchanged through small holes present in the leaves called STOMATA. THESE ARE THE TINY PORES PRESENT ON THE LEAVES.They also help in diffusion

THROUGH stems: in the stems there are small holes called LENTICELS. It helps in the exchange of gases

THROUGH FRUITS: if you observe an apple closely, you will find small spots or holes . Those are the lenticels present on the skin of the apple.It also helps in the exchange of gases.

THROUGH ROOTS: As noted above,in roots also we have tiny pores through which water and gases are absorbed from the soil.The skin of root is semi-permeable, which means that it can absorb only the water and minerals from the soil.
