covelent bond is defined as the sharing of equal electrons b/w two and more atoms
octate rule-- the tendency of central atom to aquire stable configuration of eight or to attain noble gas configuration is called octate rule
this rule is related to covelent bond because in covelent bond every elements are attain near noble gas configuration
e.g.. H2O, CO2, CH4 etc
