India is a democratic country here we enjoy some fundamental rights and one of them is freedom to speech. Government never restricted to speak our opinion as it a part of our fundamental right. but There is a difference between opinion and criticism . government never supports criticism if someone gives his or her opinion on a particular topic then its ok its allowed. but they are not allowed to criticise someone for something its wrong here the freedom of speech restricted by government.
