It is without doubt that gender discrimination is a phenomenon that has been present for generations, and it has also wormed its way into the present generation.
It is generally assumed that women are made for the home, which is to take care of the needs of their husbands and children. Thus, the basic definition of a woman is "a person who takes care of her home, husband and children."
Women are making a way for themselves in the world and are not restricted in the home zone as they have started making an impact in the economic and business world. However, they are discriminated against because people would always look down on them and simply assumed they are not competent just because they are women. A woman in the Armed forces and other governmental jobs are regarded as inferiors and they are often at the receiving end of derogatory remarks.
Also, those in business are believed to not have what it takes to successfully make a name for themselves in the business world. Women doctors, engineers, lawyers etc. also face different forms of discrimination just because they live in a patriarchal society that believes that the only thing a woman knows to do best is to stay at home without ever nurturing any idea of engaging herself in any form of profession.
As a result of this, some women have it drummed into them that they would always be inferiors, the weaker sex and it has changed their outlook about nurturing the hope that there would be a society that would be discrimination free and would not be strictly patriarchal. Gender discrimination is a form of discouragement in the ability of a woman as it does not give them a chance to shine.

Women who are startled of detailing assault in light of the fact that the organizations that should be helping them debilitate, damage, denounce and at last fall flat them. The dispositions of establishments and the setting of popular culture lead assault casualties to question themselves, disguise sentiments of disgrace and coerce and to stifle their encounters.
Women are reluctant to report such things is because if they do so they will come in front of the media and of course they will lose all respect. So just to save themselves they keep quiet and don't report about such issues.
Approaching in a culture that degrades female encounters of brutality is to a great degree troublesome, and in the event that we truly need to see an emotional move in how rape is managed as a wrongdoing we have to change our general public's treatment of savagery against ladies.
