The judiciary being the borne of contention of the constitution should be at the fore front to protect the constitution since its activities are undertaken on the basis of the constitution .Fundamental rights are the basic ones in the constitution and therefore should be used to ensure the citizens are safe within the parameters of the constitution.When a person or the state deprives another of a fundamental right it is considered a gross misconduct and punishable.
