In the poem ,the poet was taking about his beloved one who was ,Lucy. He told that after death of Lucy , he couldn't sleep . Now , he had no human fears because he person he liked was not closer to him . He could not feel her . She was now dimnished in soil . Niether motion nor force were acting on her . She couldn't hear and sees . She did not rolled down with daily movement of Earth under gravity.
