Answer:

Wind is described by the poet in two ways. The first is a violent wind that destroys everything. It is not fond of weak structures or characters. It causes them to crumble. The nurturing wind is the second type of wind. It gives the strong comfort and happiness. It enhances the brightness of the strong fire.

Explanation:

The wind is extremely powerful. It has the power to break window shutters, scatter papers, knock books off shelves, and tear their pages. Clouds are formed when the wind blows violently. It mocks the vulnerable and destroys their homes. But the poet is unfazed. He realises that if people build strong houses, they can withstand the wind. The poet advises us to face challenges and adversity with courage, grit, and firm determination. The wind represents problems and obstacles that must be overcome without fear.
