The poet talks to the wind in different ways at different point of times that is in the first four lines the poet directly talks to the wind and makes an entreaty. In the next three lines the poet changes his tone and takes an accusatory tone and he furthur acuses the wind. In the next four lines the poets tone has again undergine a change while its still accusatory but it becomes sombre to some extent. In the next eleven lines the poet stops speaking to the wond and he ztarts speaking to his readers. Now he takes an understanding and caring tone.
Hope this helps!!!!!
