the high pressure area over east of madagascar i.e it is cold there effects the climate of india as in India at that time is low pressure so the winds over high pressure gets to the region of low pressure. also as the madagascar has water around it, so the winds that come over India from Madagascar also brings rain.

the presence of high pressure area east of Madagascar approximately at 20 degree Celsius over the Indian Ocean the intensity and the position of this high pressure area affect the Indian monsoon as there is a low pressure area created near our country the Madagascar wind fills the gap .
