how does the rain water reach from clouds to rivers or ocean

Its a cycle when Sun heat mountain, ice get melted .water get evaporated and absorb by the cloud and water falls on land than absorb by the land and when inner heat transfer the water to the see and ocean & some clouds goes to mountain and there snow falls and hales I think u may understand

Because it follows the water cycle. It gives evaporation, condensation, precipitaion and the rain comes to the land.
