how does rain water reach from clouds to rivers and oceans

Evaporation of water from ponds, lakes, river, oceans etc. due to high temperature and forms clouds. Now these clouds moves with the help of winds and get more heavier as per the time and continuous evaporation. When the clouds loose their tendency to hold water then rains over the earth surface, some how to rivers and with rivers reach to seas and oceans.
