when rainwater sarts falling down it passes through lots of unwanted pollution and harmful gases present in the atmosphere.sometime it turns into acid rain due to gases like co and so2present in the air.

Rainwater falls in an impure state only. It has lots to dust particles as it is the water of rivers lakes and ponds. They gets vaporized and then condenses to form clouds and then when the clouds cannot control those heavy droplets of water they fall in the form of rain droplets
